The co-lab provides consent-based, trauma-attuned, neuro-affirming counselling, coaching, mediation, and family support for individuals, couples, children, and co-parents navigating complex relationships, separation, court involvement, neurodivergence, and recovery from psychological harm.

Our consent-based services are customized to support the folks who work with us and can be delivered in-person, online/virtually, collaboratively (same room/virtual room), or via shuttle (separate rooms/virtual rooms).
