Personal Coaching

Personal coaching offers focused, one-to-one support for adults seeking clarity, growth, and practical change in their lives. This work is collaborative and future-oriented, supporting insight, regulation, and decision-making while respecting your autonomy and lived experience. Coaching can support identity shifts, life transitions, burnout, and goal-setting without requiring a mental-health diagnosis.

Individual Counselling

Individual counselling provides therapeutic support for adults navigating emotional distress, trauma, identity exploration, relationship challenges, or nervous-system overwhelm. Our work is trauma-attuned, neuro-affirming, and paced to your readiness that is centred on safety, consent, and meaningful change rather than performance or compliance.

Parent Coaching

Parent coaching supports parents in strengthening their capacity, confidence, and emotional regulation, particularly during periods of stress, separation, or systems involvement. This work centres the parent’s experience and growth, helping you respond thoughtfully to your child’s needs without blame, judgment, or pressure to perform “perfect” parenting.

Court-Ordered Counselling

Court-ordered counselling offers clearly scoped, ethically grounded therapeutic support for individuals involved in legal systems. The focus is on emotional regulation, insight, and stabilization not evaluation, monitoring, or enforcement. All work is guided by transparency, consent within mandate limits, and clear role boundaries to protect both client and clinician.

Psychological Abuse + Coercive Control Recovery Support

This service supports individuals recovering from psychological abuse, gaslighting, and coercive control which is often in the context of intimate relationships or post-separation conflict. Therapy focuses on restoring self-trust, understanding trauma responses, repairing identity erosion, and rebuilding a sense of safety and agency after prolonged relational harm.

Attachment Trauma Therapy

Attachment trauma support helps individuals explore how early relational experiences continue to shape emotions, relationships, and parenting today. This work gently addresses patterns of fear, withdrawal, over-functioning, or relational pain, with a focus on safety, pacing, and rebuilding trust in self and others.
