compassionate, consent-based and trauma-attuned support for folks and families with complex experiences.

The people we work with deserve spaces that feel safe, collaborative, and steady. Our work is grounded in protecting voice, agency, and well-being, while moving thoughtfully and intentionally at a pace that respects readiness and consent. We recognize that every person carries their own story, history, identities, and needs, and that healing and growth are never one-size-fits-all.

People come to us for many reasons. This may include counselling, coaching, co-parenting support, family therapy, facilitated conversations, or mediation grounded in safety and dignity. Whatever brings you here, you do not have to navigate it alone.

Our team brings extensive experience across family law, mental health, and family systems. We hold specialized training in areas such as trauma, coercive control, neurodivergence, cultural humility, and high-conflict family dynamics. Every service is thoughtfully attuned to the lived realities of those we support, considering emotional, cultural, neurological, relational, and structural contexts. Our role is to walk alongside you, not ahead of you, supporting clarity, choice, and connection without coercion.

We have particular expertise in supporting individuals and families who are court-involved, navigating family violence, or experiencing heightened conflict. In these contexts, we work carefully and deliberately within complex systems to prioritize safety, consent, and relational health.

Our services are available both in person and virtually across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Support can occur collaboratively, within the same room or shared virtual space, or through shuttle formats in separate rooms or virtual environments when that better supports safety and comfort.
