Having a tough time co-parenting?

We’re the support group you never had.

Co-parenting can be complex—especially when emotions run high or past hurts linger. At the co-lab, our co-parent counselling offers structured, neutral support to help separated or divorced parents build functionality in their partnership by reducing conflict, and making child-centered decisions.

Whether you're navigating logistics, boundaries, or long-standing relational patterns, we create space for accountability, clarity, and collaboration. Sessions may be individual or parallel/tandem, with direct interaction only when consented to by both co-parents. Our focus is on supporting functionality, safety, and respectful co-parenting for the benefit of everyone—especially your children.

Take the first step + get started.

We’ll figure it out together.

How does it work?

It’s simple; really.

  • We will complete an intake with each co-parent individually on their own as the first session.

Intakes typically cover what has happened in the past, what the current circumstances are, and what the hopes for the future may be.

Children cannot be on the premises when an intake takes places so please plan accordingly.

  • Before getting started, each co-parent will sign documents that provide expectations of everyone involved.

These documents are pretty simple in nature, and we’re happy to explain if you have questions.

Clients are always encouraged to see legal advice before signing documents as they feel necessary.

  • Payment must be made 24 hours prior to the service/support taking place.

The person paying for the service/support will receive an email with instructions on how to pay directly (online) prior to the service/support.

  • Your intake will have been your first session, and then following that we will collaborate with you to book your session(s), or you can book them directly through the website on your own.

  • Intake is $249 for one (1) hour

Coaching or Counselling session rates are charged at a rate of $249 per hour.

*We make exceptions for parents who are under the influence, and choose that day to reduce harm to themselves or others by cancelling/rescheduling. There is no judgment in this, and in fact, she applauds this considerate decision - it is wholeheartedly in the best interests of your child(ren).

Co-parenting coaching/counselling helps to create functionality in your partnership

Support can begin with just one parent or include both co-parents, depending on what feels right. There’s no single path to progress—and no pressure to engage beyond what you’re ready for. Our team brings a combination of lived experience, advanced training, and deep understanding of the unique dynamics that show up in co-parenting relationships—especially when things have been tense, painful, or prolonged.

We offer a space to explore strategies that rebuild functionality, create a greater sense of safety and emotional steadiness, and help you reconnect with your core values and identity in the parenting journey.

Important to know:

We don’t facilitate joint sessions unless both co-parents have given clear, informed consent. Most of our work is done individually—with each co-parent having space to be heard, supported, and guided at their own pace.

When appropriate, our team bridges the gap, helping parents make decisions and communicate through safe, structured support.

We’re here to help you move forward, one grounded step at a time.

Co-parent coaching + counselling (one parent only)

We offer one-on-one co-parent coaching and counselling to help you navigate conflict, set healthy boundaries, and parent from a grounded, child-centered place.

Whether or not your co-parent is engaged in the process, we focus on what’s within your control: your responses, your well-being, and your role in creating stability for your children.

Rooted in trauma-aware and non-coercive practice, our support is practical, validating, and tailored to your unique family dynamics.

Co-parent coaching + counselling (parallel/tandem)

We offer parallel co-parent coaching and counselling—where both co-parents engage in the process at the same time, but in separate rooms or virtual spaces. This approach allows for real-time support while maintaining emotional safety and reducing direct conflict.

Each parent works individually with a dedicated practitioner, focusing on communication, boundaries, and shared parenting goals.

Our process is child-centered, consent-based, and rooted in neutrality—supporting both parents in developing healthier patterns, even when direct interaction isn't possible or appropriate.
